Delete My Account

You can request to delete your Gabstep Business Chat account and all associated data directly within the application.

  1. Open the Gabstep Business Chat app on your device.
  2. Tap on your profile picture or go to the Settings screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Tap the red Delete Account button.
  5. Confirm the action in the popup dialog.

This will permanently remove your profile, messages, and uploaded media from our servers.

If you cannot access the app, please email our support team at support@gabstep.com with your registered email address to request manual deletion.
